Further to our telephone conversation, my company has tentatively
agreed to hold our Annual Dinner at your restaurant on Saturday 12 May
2xxx at 7:30p.m. Please give us a quotation based on the following
requirements:
a) 9 or 10-course Chinese-style dinner
b) 10 tables (approximately 100 persons),
c) A band in attendance, if available
d) Public address system for speeches
We would appreciate it if you could give us your reply before 15 Apr.
