Dear Mr. Parco,
We received your invoice (No.1234) two weeks ago for books we have yet
to receive. We had waited two weeks for the books to be delivered for
we thought they might have been delayed by the transport company.
Whatever it is, the books still have not arrived.
Could you look into this matter and rectify it quickly? We need the
books quite urgently as they were ordered by some schools.
