Dear Ms. Jennifer,
Yesterday I received the set of Super stainless steel cooking utensils
(5-piece set) you sent me via a courier. I opened the package and was
disappointed to find that the goods were not at all what I expected.
The wok and the large pot are badly dented while some of the plastic
handles of the other pots are loose and cracked. This set of utensils
certainly cannot be used for cooking.
It is possible that the utensils were damaged in transit. Whatever the
cause, I am returning them to you so that you can give me a completely
new set that is in good condition. Otherwise please send me a complete
refund of my money.
