Dear Mr. Chris,
Regarding your request for Annual Leave beginning of Dec 13, I have a
request to make and your co-operation is much appreciated.
As you know, our schedule is very tight at the end of the year and we
need you around for a little while longer before you go on leave. I can
grant you leave only beginning 20 December, which is 7 days after your
indicated date. You can still take 14 days off and the extra 7 days in
January will not be counted in next years annual leave.
