Dear Mr. Albert,
As you already know the company is undergoing its down-sizing exercise
and its work-force is being reduced by one quarter. The type of work
that you do is no longer handled by the company and I regret that we
have to let you go. We are sad that we have to let our employees go but
we really have no choice.
You are eligible for redundancy pay according to government approved
scales. Please see Mrs. Jasmine about this before you go.
