Dear Ms. Kelly,
Our branch office in Malaysia is in dire need of a capable manager
since Mr. Michael left the company. As such, the Board of Directors has
unanimously agreed to offer you to take over as Manager in Malaysia.
This, of course, means that there will be an increase in salary of
USD1000 per month, plus a company house and a company car for your use.
If our offer is agreeable with you, then you can take over your new
post as soon as possible, preferably before the month is over.
We understand that Malaysia is your hometown and it would be a sort of
