Dear Mr. Ben,
The company doctor, Dr. Steven Khoo, has informed me that I should go
to the General Hospital in Kuala Lumpur for a thorough medical
check-up. Dr. Steven suspects that I have a kind of blood disorder but
he is unable to ascertain its nature, hence my need to seek specialist
help.
Could you grant me two weeks medical leave beginning 25 Jan 2xxx so
that I can get necessary medical attention? I have made an appointment
to see a specialist doctor in the GH on 27 Jan 2xxx and Dr. Steven says
that I probably have to be warded. Thank you.
