Thank You For Cooperation

Dear Elsie,

The long hours and hard work you have committed to the company’s first-aid program has earned the respect and deep appreciation of your colleagues and all of us in the front office. In recognition of your achievements, we invite you and your husband to attend a luncheon at the Community Center on Monday, 01 June, at 12:00 P.M.

Whatever we can say or do by way of thanking you for your participation pales by comparison with the record of accomplishment already documented. I have been told by your supervisor that you have recruited more than 20 employees to volunteer for first-aid work and that you and they have already administered aid to more than 100 people who had become ill or suffered injuries.

Keep up the good work!
