Memorandum - Fire Drill

To: All Staff

Please note that a Fire Drill will be held next Monday. All Staff are required to observe the following procedure:

1. As soon as the fire bell rings, immediately stop work and vacate the premises by the appropriate fire exists. Do not try to go back into the premises to retrieve your belongings if you are outside when the bell rings.

2. Assemble at the car park next to the entrance.

3. Answer clearly when the fire marshal call the roll.

If you do not know where the fire exists are, find out now from the fire marshal, Mr. John. Do not wait until the drill starts.
