Our company has been running at a loss for the past two years. The cause of this is the rising costs of productions and the decrease in demand for our products.
Therefore, we regret to inform you that we have to cut our output and one quarter of the work force will be made redundant over the next two months.
Those employees affected will be informed within the next fortnight and will receive full compensation as provided by the law. We hope they will find new jobs as soon as possible.
We are sorry that we have to take this action, but there is no other recourse for us. We thank everyone for their help and cooperation in these unfortunate times.
