Please be informed that the Member of Parliament for our constituency, Datuk Iris, is paying us a visit on Tuesday 01 June 2xxx at 2:00 P.M. on the occasion of the opening of our new production wing.
As this is an important occasion, the management wishes to request that all employees who are not on duty at the time to be present at the main hall before 2:00 P.M. Light refreshment will be served and after delivering a speech, Datuk Iris will do us the honor of opening the new wing.
A program has been drawn up for the occasion and it may be obtained at the main office any time during office hours. Your participation and cooperation for making this event a successful one is much appreciated. Thank you.
