Asking For Permission To Sublet |

Dear Mrs. Adam,
I like to request for permission to sublet two rooms upstairs.
There are two rooms vacant on the first floor of the building I am renting from you. Recently I have been approached by some people who wanted to rent the rooms. They are workers from some of the factories nearby. There are also my regular customers. As far as I can see, they are good honest people and should not cause any problem if they stay upstairs.
So please let me know if it is all right if I rent out these two rooms. I will make sure that they maintain the place properly. Thank you.
