Dear Mr. Alan,
You may go ahead and rent out the two room upstairs. But please make sure that the tenants are of good character. I do want trouble-makers or bad hats taking up residence in my building.
Furthermore, make sure that they do not engage in any kind of business upstairs. I do not want any thing illegal going on there. They may use the rooms to stay in, nothing more. Thank you.
