Dear Mr. Marcus,
I wish to inform you that the monthly rent for 123 Macalister Road has been increased to USD600 per month, effective this month.
I have tried not to increase the rent, but the recent increases in quit rent and assessment gave me no choice to follow suit. Thank you.
