Refusing Permission To Sublet |

Dear Joey,
With regards your request for permission to sublet the premises you are renting from me, I regret to inform you that I cannot allow it.
This is because my building is quite old and the condition of the top floor is not suitable for occupation. In fact I am planning to rebuild on the site in a year or two. So do not allow anyone to occupy the top floor. Thank you.
