Dear Tom,
I understand from Joe Smalley that you need copies of all our legal contracts for the past year in order to review our tax records before filing a return. Since all these accumulated documents - mostly originals - weigh about 6 pounds, we have sent them to you by way of United Parcel Service (UPS). We are told they will reach you within a week.
