Dear Sir/ Madam,
I shall be passing through London next week and would like to reserve a single room for Wednesday and Thursday 18 and 19 December.
My previous stays at the Novotel Hotel have always been very enjoyable; I particularly like the rooms overlooking the gardens. If one of these rooms is available I hope you will reserve it for me.
I expect to arrive at the hotel in time for lunch on the 18th and shall be leaving immediately after breakfast on the 20th.
