I apologize for the unpaid two months’ rent. I am experiencing a very bad patch in my business and I am trying very hard to stay afloat. I have no intention of withholding the rent, but I am so hard-pressed at the moment that I simply do not have the cash in hand.
If you would allow me two more weeks, I am sure I can come up with the payment for the overdue rent. I am expecting some payments from my customers soon and things will be easier by then. Thank you.
