To Whom It May Concern
I have know Mrs. Lee for 5 years and have always found her most pleasant, hard working and trustworthy employee.
During this period she held position of increasing responsibility progressing from a Typist to my Personal Secretary. She was expert in organising meetings and got on well with people. As my Personal Secretary, she has been involved in correspondence, taking dictation and transcription, attending telephone and visitors and supervising the work of the juniors. Her work has always been systematic and meticulous. With her high standard of work and ready cooperation, she has endeared herself with all of us here.
It is with much regret that I have accepted her resignation to seek better prospects and benefits with a larger organization.
I wish her all the best.
