Refusing to grant unpaid leave
Dear Mr. Howard,
I am afraid I cannot grant you any more leave this year. You have finished your annual and medical leave and have taken 10days no-pay leave just a month ago. The company simply cannot run properly if its employees take leave whenever they feel like doing so.
I suggest you hire a lawyer to settle the legal tangles you speak of. You have tried to sort the problem out on your own these past few months and you do not seem to be successful. So try this alternative approach and see what happens.
