Reply To Complaint Regarding Non-Arrival Of Goods

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter dated 16th May, 2012 and regret very much to note that you have not yet received the consignment of your Invoice No. 1888.

We have today checked up the matter with the Cathay Pacific Airline authorities here and have been informed that they loaded the cargo in 12Dn on the 11th March, 2012. They however suggest that you may approach the station cargo officer of your area and ask him to send a telex to Hong Kong cargo terminal to locate the parcel.
