Supplier’s Enquiry Regarding Customer’s Withdrawal Of Business

Dear Sir,

We are sorry to notice that we have had no orders from you since last August. As you have at no time notified us of defects in our products or about the quality of our service, we can only assume that we have given you no cause to be dissatisfied. If we have, then we should be glad to know of it.

If the cause of your discontinued orders  is the present depressed state of the market, you may be interested in our latest price list showing a reduction of 7% on all grocery items. A copy of this is enclosed.

Should there be any matter in which we have given you cause to be dissatisfied, we hope you will give us the opportunity to put it right so that our custom can be renewed.
