Repeating Request For Repairs
Dear Mr. Prince,
Last week, we wrote you a letter requesting you to repair the root of the premises we are renting from you. We never got a reply. When we tried to contact you by telephone, no one answered.
The leak in the roof is bad. We live in dread every time it rains, for we then have to cover our stock of books with tarpaulin and plastic sheets.
We have decided that if we still do not hear from you in a week, we will ask someone to repair the roof and charge the bill to you. We cannot wait indefinitely.
