This will complement the recent contract we signed, making it possible for my firm to assume the office space you have vacated for a period of two years.

As you requested, I enclose a complete inventory of the furniture and furnishings we are taking over, along with the space. This inventory represents our inspection of all the items in question and describes the condition which we found them. If any such description is at variance with your own listings or understandings, please let me know so that we can resolve the differences prior to the January start of the sublease.
