Letter With Short Personal Greeting
Dear Mr. Tom,
I am sorry to have replied sooner to your letter of 25 October regarding the book English and Commercial Correspondence. My Export Director is in London and Paris on business; as I am dealing with his work as well as my own I am afraid my correspondence has fallen behind.
Whether this book should be published in hardback or paperback is a decision I must leave to my Editorial Director, Trevor, to whom I have passed on your letter. No doubt she will be writing to you very soon.
I hope you are keeping well.
With best wishes,
Yours sincerely,
