Complaint Regarding Delivery Delay For Purchased Item
I am writing to follow up regarding the shipment delay of my purchased mobile phone from your webstore.
The delivery time has already been extended from 20days to 30days!
This has caused a lot of inconvenience at my end as I need to use the mobile phone soon.
What is the corrective action from the supplier ? When will I receive the shipment ? Please state a date rather than an ambiguous answer.
