The reason for this delay is that the person who processes the orders suddenly developed a heart problem and was sent for hospitalization. His substitute is a new one who under the pressure of rush of orders, has misplaced your order unintentionally.
Your order has now been processed and the consignment is almost ready for despatch and it would reach you within 3 days. To compensate the inconvenience caused by us to you by our delayed supply, we shall pay for the transport and delivery charges.
However, we want to assure you that such a mistake will not be committed in future and goods would be sent strictly according to the time schedule as in the past.
