Reply To The Complaint About Wrong Statement For Items Charged Wrongly

Dear Sir,

We are in receipt of your complaint regarding despatch of a wrong statement for the month of January. We regret to state that you were billed for a purchase of 300 T- Shirts @ USD1000 which you had really not ordered for. We acknowledge the error in the statement and express our deep apologies.

As such the sum of USD1000 has been deleted from your account. We also acknowledge the receipt of your cheque for USD1500 towards the settlement of your account.

We thank you once again for bringing to our notice the above mistake, and we assure you we will check such errors in the future. We look forward to your early next order and assure you of our best cooperation ever.
