Giving final warning to an employee
Dear Mr. Manaf,
My records show that you have been absent without leave again, this time for 3 days the last two weeks. This happened despite my warning to you not to repeat this most unacceptable action. So I am forced to give you a Final Warning. Under the contract of employment that you signed when you joined the company, if you are absent without leave just once more, then I have no choice but to ask you to leave.
